Your tracking number is in the dispatch confirmation email we send as soon as your order is dispatched. Check your junk folder if you can't see it. You can also find it at any time by signing in to your account and opening the order.

Tracking not updated for 3 working days, or showing as delivered but not with you? Contact us or call 0333 015 6933 with your order number. We chase Royal Mail so you never have to, and confirmed-lost parcels are replaced or refunded in full. Full details are in Delivery Information.
