How it works

Choose an amount: one of ours, or any whole amount from £10 to £200. Then have the gift card emailed to you, or fill in the recipient's name and email address with a message and the date it should arrive. The email includes the gift card code and a link to spend it.

At checkout on bychapters.co.uk, enter the code in the gift card box. It works on any kit and on delivery charges, and anything left over stays on the card for next time.

Delivery

Gift cards are digital and sent by email, so there is nothing to post and no delivery charge. If you chose a send date, the email goes out on that date; otherwise it is sent as soon as your order is paid. Please check the recipient's email address carefully.

Good to know

byChapters gift cards have no expiry date. They can't be exchanged for cash or used to buy another gift card, so please keep the code safe. Lost the email? Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
