Inside a white filigree arch of scrolling leaves and vines, a two-level florist's courtyard glows warm. Downstairs, a lattice screen hung with pink daisies stands behind kraft-paper bouquets, a ginger cat sits upright on a white stool, and a short white staircase climbs to an arched purple door set in red brick. Above, a railed balcony holds a round tea table under a bell-shaped pendant, with pink blossom trailing across the arch.

Allow six to ten hours: an intermediate build, and a calm project for a relaxed weekend. Much of the charm is in the small growing things: daisies on the trellis, bouquets on their stool, a tiered stand of striped leaves and lilies, and beaded blooms behind a little picket fence. When it's done, the clear front panel slides into the arch to keep the dust off, and the clear roof lets the lamplight show from above.
